High Street

Located in the heart of the largest master planned community in Arizona, High Street is a 628,000 square foot amenity packed mixed-use development offering residential, office, retail and dining experiences. Trademark was contracted as a design/build consultant and was tasked with amending the existing outdated 153 page comprehensive sign plan. After successfully incorporating the newly branded High Street elements into the comprehensive sign plan, Trademark fabricated and installed the rebranded exterior signs and wayfinding program. These  included large project and tenant identification elements, park/paseo space identifiers, as well  a full parking, residential and office building sign package.
