University House

University House is one of Arizona State University’s largest student housing complexes. The 18-story buildings are centrally located within downtown Tempe’s entertainment district. Trademark worked closely with the developer’s design team to help interpret their brand in a modern and progressive manner. Trademark’s keen eye for design and craftsmanship can be found within the entryway under canopy blade sign. The building also has a 64-foot branded entryway roof top sign.
