Trademark was selected to brand this elegant 134-acre mixed use property that includes class A office space, a Hilton hotel, and multi-family housing. Trademark was brought in early to develop a Community Sign District and Comprehensive Sign Plan to guide and govern all future branding of the development and its tenants. This project included multiple design build elements including building top, monument, and tower signage.
