3550 N Central

The 3550 Tower was originally constructed in 1960 by developer David H. Murdock. Designed in the international style by Charles Polacek, the tower is 20 stories with over 160,000 square feet of leasable space.  Fenway Properties commissioned Trademark Visual to reposition the building’s signage. The simplistic design and warm tones complement the midcentury architecture.
